Hello I run adaware, spyblaster, microsoft antispyware, spyware guard, and even though adaware detects and removes [email protected][2].txt it keeps reappearing every time I use the internet.

Seems to me there must be an app that restores the cookie when it finds it deleted. My antivirus app trend micro doesn't seem to care either, and it looks like it is a big business tracking cookie: http://www.sexcounter.com/index/

Does anyone know how I can rid myself of this persitent cookie?

Please do NOT bump your topic.
And certainly not after a few hours

If that doesn't help then:

Also an excellent explanation of the same method. :tazz:

Good luck.

Let us know if it doesn't work for some reason.
