On XP Pro, Initially I lost most components of the Control Panel. Ran AVG scan, Spybot and Ad-Aware, proceeded to chkdsk, then attempted XP repair during reinstall. Control Panel is back but when I perform a restart the system hangs on "Windows is shutting down..." Full shut down performs normally.
