TCPG4T.dll problem [CLOSED]

I read a similar problem that someone else is having but mine will not go away.
I keep deleting this registry entry in safe mode but it keeps getting written. I have no idea what file is writing it. This file TCPT4G does not exist on my system and norton keeps throwing up a warning. I could usually figure out this stuff myself but this one is beyond my reach. You can see in the log where the .dll file is but using hijack this has proven useless.

Open Hijackthis click open the misc tools section > check mark List also minor sections (full) and List empty sections (complete) then click generate Startup list log post that log here in a reply.
