I have found my computer to be running very slow as of late, especially when I run IE. I read through a few threads and noticed that when I check task manager I have 37 processes running. (including several svchost.exe) My question is which processes are safe to end, and how do I stop having so many automatically start-up? I have Norton anti-virus and ad-aware, used both, and no viruses detected or spyware found. Help!

Good morning Alchemist,

You are likely to have several instances of svchost.exe. That is normal.

Recommend you run a Hijack This log and post it in the Malware forum.
