Blank screen, no mouse working

Hey, when i turn power on, the fans and all boot up, but the monitor is blank, and mouse doesnt turn on either. i just got a new mobo and case, vid card fan werks, cpu fan is spinning, all fans light up, i took mem out and it still didnt beep, no bios beeps at all! Can someone plz help me out?
