Kia ora

I'm a newbie and need some help. Someone who shall remain anonymous visited xrated sites and as a result SOMETHING downloaded to my system and keeps changing and duplicating my dial up networking login and phone numbers.

ITs driving me crazy. Your advice appreciated.

PS I've used Spyware Doctor and Lavasoft Ad Aware but that hasn't helped.
