Hello, can anybody tell me what is the problem when staringup in the safe mode that i can't move the mouse and can't give orders at all.
The only thing i can do is power off the machine!!

Hi Charles

Are you using a USB mouse, if your BIOS does not support usb drivers when booting you will loose the mouse or keyboard when going into safe mode. <_<
