Need Help - Novice, Tried all I know

I am having a problem and the multiple protective programs I have (Ad-Aware, Spybot, Microsoft Antispyware, and Norton) cannot seem to get rid of this.

First, every 10 minutes or so, I get this balloon in the lower right corner that says "Your computer might be at risk." Then below it says "Your virus protection status is bad" and "Spyware activity detected" and "Click this baloon to fix this problem."

It seems to come up under Spybot as FindSpy.A, and it says it "fixed" the problem, but it keeps coming back. The others do not seem to catch it. I tried (as novices may:)) System Restore, but it would not allow me to Restore to any prior date. At someone's suggestion, I disabled SR, rebooted, enabled SR, and rebooted again. No dice, above problem still there.

Second, and I do not know if this is related to the first problem, but I just recently got a Norton message that "C:/WINDOWS/System32/hclean.exe," a "Trojan Horse," could not be fixed or accessed.

Lastly, every so often, I get a pop-up that says it's from "Windows Security Center." It reads: "WARNING: Windows Firewall has detected suspicious network activity on your computer. Malicious software codes try to steal your privacy information, such as credit card numbers, electronic mail accounts, financial data or passwords. Do you want to learn how to protect your computer?"

I do not know how to post a LOG from one of my programs (are the multiple programs the problem?) and, as I said, am a novice.

I greatly appreciate any help that can be offered by anyone. I am at wit's end, and am scared to engage in any online activity! Thanks in advance.

I Apologize, I did not follow posting instructions first. A few of the programs in the instructions I tried to run, but they froze midway through.

I have now downloaded TrojanHunter and Ewido and run both, in both safe mode and regular. Ewido seemed to be able to catch and fix things my other programs were not picking up, including the lower-right corner balloon I kept getting before. It found around 20 spyware programs and a few trojans. It claimed to fix all, but last night I ran it again and it picked up (and allegedly fixed) TrojanDropper.vidro.u, and today I ran it again and it picked up (and allegedly fixed) yet another Trojan. Is Ewido really eliminating these things?

Also, FYI, I run on XP.

Any help is much appreciated, and thanks in advance!

I apologize for continuing to supplement, but going on four days with these problems is starting to be frustrating! I do not know how you guys do this - I feel exhausted!!

The two main issues I now have are thus: Norton keeps giving me a message that an unnamed "Trojan Horse" is on my computer at "C:/WINDOWS/System32/hclean.exe", and Ewido keeps coming up with this "TRojan.Dropper.vidro.u" that it keeps deleting but it keeps coming back. Argh!!!

Anyway, I am not sure if I have SP1A - is there a way to tell?

Also, I downloaded HiJack This, and here is my log. Hope all this makes it easier. Thanks again, I appreciate your patience with me.
