Thank you very much for your help:)

The company that had upgraded my computer for me has decided to help me out with installation.

P.S. Went home at lunch to pack up the comp and gave it a looksie. Looks like I can add 2-90mm in the front and 1-120mm (where a 90mm is now) in the back. Now hopefully that will be enough fans :tazz:

OK the quest continues....

They looked at my computer and said there was enough airflow, but we replaced the 92mm fan in the back with a 120mm.

They also swapped out my RAM cards to see if that was the problem.

I have 2 IBM Deskstar Hard Drives in my computer (20G (windowsxp) and a 40G (FFXI drive)). They told me those Deskstars aren't all that great and maybe my hard drive could be going bad. Best Buy has a Maxtor 100GB 8meg cache drive on sale 1/2 off - $49.99. So I'm thinking of picking 2 of those up.

Logged into FFXI this morning, restarted within 10 mins.... (Temp only at 85 F/29 C)

Mind you my computer only restarts when I am playing FFXI or when it is running in the background.

Do you think having FFXI on it's own drive could cause a problem or maybe it was just a bad install?

Any insight would be helpful :tazz:

I install Photoshop on my computer at home. It tells me to install it on another drive that Windows isn't on. Something about "Scratch"?

I also have a hard drive cooler in one of my 5.25" drive bay to push some of the heat from my IDE drives to my PSU.

Just a thought.... :tazz:
