What a great site, guys...anyway.

My parents' computer picked up the evil, dastardly AURORA pop-up "thingy" (malware? spyware? I have no idea, except that I know it's annoying ).

By following your "What to do if you think you have spyware/malware" instructions to the letter, I got it 95% out, I think. We no longer get Aurora pop-ups constantly while accessing the internet (YAY!!!). Instead, when you first the computer (Windows XP) you now get a Windows dialog box that says:

"Windows cannot find C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again."

What needs to be done to fix this? I'm posting both my Hijack This and Ewido logs in accordance with your instructions!
