Welcome to the Geeks To Go forum.:tazz:

I don't see anything untoward in your log, probably just clutter slowing you down.

Rerun HJT,and put a checkmark beside these :-

Please RIGHT-CLICK HERE to download Silent Runner's.
  • Save it to the desktop.
  • Run Silent Runner's by doubleclicking the "Silent Runners" icon on your desktop.
  • You will see a text file appear on the desktop - it's not done, let it run (it won't appear to be doing anything!)
  • Once you receive the prompt All Done!, open the text file on the desktop, copy that entire log, and paste it here.
*NOTE* If you receive any warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run.

I'm afraid the only resourse hog i can see is NORTON. it has 10 system entries alone.

it will always slow you down.try shutting down norton and see how the computer performs. although i wouldn't advise staying on the internet for too long.
but it will give you an idea of whether norton is the problem or not.
