GOT A BIG PROBLEM WHILE REMOVING A VIRUS!

I tried to remove the virus Bloodhound.wp32 and w32.desktophijack i followed all the steps i read on this site...but suddenly in safe mode and in normal mode i can't see my internet toolbuttons...my start button is gone...if i open up the internet i can't see an icon that i opened it...allmost all of the *.exe files don't work...PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!! AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ;) :tazz:

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

you should try spy sweeper. you can download the trial version on this page

the program is realy good

Or if you know how to work in regedit then you could delete spy files there. I deleted most of the spy files there. but stil if you are not an advanced user you should try this program :tazz:
