My Aunt was unable to send anything from Outlook Express
since she had switched to a different Internet Provider.

So, what I did was:

Clicked on the Start button
Then, went to Control Panel
Clicked on Internet Options
Went to PROGRAMS which was on the top tab
Changed where it said E-mail: Outlook Express to Hotmail
Clicked Apply then OK

After that, I signed her up with a hotmail account.

Now, it is working great.

It was MY computer that Sarah fixed today so I could send websites, email or computer pictures again.

Outlook Express was not working...I have tried almost EVERYTHING to get it to work but to no avail.

I guess it took a 13 year old to solve my problem!

I realize it was kinda like giving up and more of a 'workaround' way of solving it, as Outlook still didn't work but it is fine with me...this will do the job just GREAT!

Hi.
Just bumping up in case anyone else is having Outlook Express
problems and would be interested in 'ditching it' to this alternative.
