don't know what's going on, but when I ran smitrem, it said wininet.dll was infected and it looked but could not find a clean one....ran a bunch of stuff (as i saw in other topics) like ewido, ad-aware, smitrem, hijackthis, etc.

the problem is, i had (have??) the psguard virus (something like bull...somthing) and i think its gone...problem is, now i can't get to control panel > display > change background...it only shows "resolution" and "screensaver" ... so how do i fix that?

here's my hijackthis log:
