Problems with Itunes

Ok the last 2 times i have tried to copy songs from a CD to itunes it only copied the Odd numbered songs. All the songs are checked on the copying screen. the last cd i tried every single importing setting and nothing worked.

try under setting and preferences, iTunes is a pretty big program ( i dont even want to open it to check )
