Hello hopefully someone can help me I am having a dialog box pop up everytime I restart my computer saying "Invalid backweb application id #1940576" How do I get rid of it. I scanned my computer like you guys said to do and here is my log. What do I need to get rid of? Just to let you know I have ad-aware 6.0 and ran it already. Thanks for the help.

Click OK and Disk Cleanup will delete those files for you.

Reboot your PC.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Press CTRL+ALT+Delete, using the task manager click the Process tab. Select BackWEb-1940576.exe, click the End Process button.

Delete this folder: C:\Program Files\Compaq Connections\1940576 <- this entire folder.

These next two steps are optional, but will provide the greatest protection.
1. Use ANY browser besides Internet Explorer, almost every exploit is crafted to take advantage of an IE weakness. We usually recommend FireFox .
2. Install Sun's Java. It's much more secure than Microsoft's Java Virtual Machine .

It's okay to delete the Hijack This folder if everything is working okay.

After doing all these, your system will be thoroughly protected from future threats.
