[Dynasty]

Hey guys, it feels like I have done everything to get rid of this problem. I have microsoft antispywarem adaware, spybot, pestpatrol, spyware doctor, hijackthis, registry mechanic, ccleaner, regscrubxp, and mcafee. None of these fix these two problems. (casalemedia and tribulfusion). Here is my hijackthis log. BTW I have done a trend scan, deleted temp files, cleared cookies.
