winfixer2005 and other Websearch Issues

I seen to have an infection of Winfixer 2005 since I keep getting it's popup ads. I am also getting some other popups as well for things like Registry Cleaners, etc. I have run Adaware, Spybot S& D, and Microsoft Anti-spyware. Things are much better but I still have the problems I describe. I have attached my Result file from HJT. Any help that you could give would be appreciated.
