I've seen this before. It could be your memory (the new RAM could also be bad). What brand did you buy? Try running Memtest and if everything is ok it may very well possibly be a motherboard problem.

Gave that a quick look and those seem to be general crashes they are talking about, i would contact the techsupport at the game makers see if they can offer help, do you have the game all patched up. Question to rule out hardware is it really just that game or is it others, do you have hl2 or half life something pretty demanding try those if it crashes as well its hardware, if its only ffxi then its the game itself.
