after installing card and loading software fot ATI radeon 9250 i have a "warning driver not installed" . is this because of an integrated graphics on the mother board?. i have a dell dimension 2350. if so, how do i disable.

Your system should do one of two things when a second video card is installed :
1). It will either automatically disable the onboard card
or
2) It will install the additional card alongside the integrated one without actually disabling it.

I've had a quick look through the system (bios) setup for your Dell & can't find any settings in the bios that allow you to disable the integrated card manually.

If you boot into windows & go to control panel->system->hardware->device manager and look under the Display Adapters entry, what can you see listed there?
Are there any yellow exclaimation marks on anything?
