Howdy and welcome to G2G:
Are you running XP SP2?? If not, go to the Windows Update site and download the newest Installer version..

Yes! You were right. I thought I was automatically getting all the Windows updates. But I went to the sight, and there were 3 that I didn't have...and there, staring out at me was the new Windows Wizard!
As soon as I downloaded it, and tried TL again, Voila!
