I am running Microsoft windows 95 and am having problems w/ MICROSOFT WORD.

I have my manuscript on Word and am trying to edit it. Most pages have 23 lines, but some page break prematurely at 22 or even 21 lines, giving the pages an uneven look. The problem does not occur with continuous text, but only when a new paragraph is started, though not every time a new paragraph is started. Obviously this is a concern in how this affects how my printed manuscript looks.

How can I get consistent 23 line pages?

Thanks,
Cheryl
