I'm a new member so Im not to sure if im doing this right. But anyway, I have lop on my system and cannot remove it. I have used the lop removal tool to remove it and have used ad-aware also remove it, however each time I open a new Explorer Window lop come back onto my system. I don't know what to do and I think I mght need some type of protector or firewall to stop it. Please help me! Thanks.
