My friend is using Win*admin and Walmart to connect to the internet. If he instant messages he gets booted offline. He gets a kernell32.dll error. I first had him try removing Walmart completely and doing a clean install. He still gets the error. So then I had him do windows updates, neither of these things seemed to help. This is a fairly new problem, as he has used Walmart for 4 years now. Any suggestions??
