Hello everybody!

I have a new computer HP Pavilion. I installed Office 2003 (completely legal) and everything was working fine. But, suddenly, when I try to open a document in Word, the program closes itself when I start to modify it, and never send me an error message. I try several things, even I erase everything on my new-hard disk and reinstalled Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Office 2003, but the problem is still there!

Somebody said that maybe a virus on a macro is the responsible of this. but I erase the Normal.dot template and everything is working bad again. Somebody else told me that maybe the size of the mailbox in Outlook causes this.

Can anyone help me please!!!! :tazz: ;) :)
