WHEN I START MY COMPUTER ALL THE PROGRAMS LOAD,AND WHEN IT COMES ON THE ADD NEW HARDWARE WIZARD COMES ON,WHEN IT ADDS THE DRIVER TO THE SIS 5513 PCI IDE CONTROLLER,THE COMPUTER SHUTS OFF AND RESTARTS OVER ANDIT KEEP DOING THE SAME THING,.HOW DO I FIX THIS

Are you able to boot into safe mode? (To enter safe mode tap the F8 key while the computer is starting. Select Safe Mode from the menu.)

If not, create a bootdisk. Start your computer with this disk in the floppy drive and at the command prompt type c:\windows\command\scanreg /restore
