Hello and welcome to GeeksToGo. I'm sorry you haven't been helped yet. However, as you can see, we have a tremendous amount of traffic on the site. Every visitor we have is important to us. However, it is impossible for us to get to every log every day. We normally are 3-5 days behind in getting to new logs. We appreciate everyones' patience and understanding. We work as fast as we can without compromising the integrity of our work.
