Trying to get rid of Zone Alarm

Hi, I installed Zone Alarm Personal Firewall a few months ago, but then I deleted it because I did not like it. Now I am trying to log into msn messenger and it says Zone Alarm is preventing it from connecting. As I said I deleted Zone Alarm months ago. Please help me. Thanks!
