Drwtsn locking up Explorer... help me

Haveing this problem the every time i right click on a file Explorer locks up and i have to go into the task manger and kill a drwtsn err to clear it up.
I have looked at some old logs and you have sujjested that people us a Hijackthis program. I have done that and here it is. Any guesses?
Or if you have any other ideas please feel free to tell them to me.

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. Windows explorer is part of Internet Explorer. You can try doing a repair of IE. Here is a link to a guide on how:
