I need help and instructions on how to let my computer be able to have new window's open up on links. Because it won't let us we can bearly do anything on my computer.

When I click on a link, it opens a window but it'll say 'Page Cannot Be Found' And even if I refresh it, it still won't work. Someone please help me with this, its driving me completly insane. :tazz:
