Winfixer Is Destroying My Computer!

I have no idea what I am doing, can someone please help me so I understand how I can go about getting rid of winfixer pop ups so it stops controlling my computer? I am 100 percent new to this and I am probably making things worse instead of better. Please help me

Well, to follow up I want to thank everyone that at least read my post but surprise surprise I just fixed it myself using AVG Free edition. I highly recommend this to everyone... Run the program once and then reboot and run again. It found things Norton couldn't find. It is amazing.
