Hi i was just wondering if anybody could help me out here, recentley anytime i try to run a program i get a repetitive error reading :
This application has failed to start because COMRes.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
that is my problem right there, i tried finding the driver on microsoft site but couldnt see it. can anyone tell me how to get it/where to get it?

You could try going to Start>Run and typing in sfc /scannow .. have your XP cd handy and see if that picks it up or

You can try downloading it from HERE
