ever since I tried to install McAffee virus protection on my computer, I cannot print from the internet and any file that opens with shortcut to javascript wont open. Everything else works fine. I really dont want to reformat as I have ongoing data entries. I was told that I had Nortons already on the computer and that McAffee treated it as a virus. Let me know if you can help me
Thank you

Hello,

The more information you can provide us will help us get to a faster solution.
1) What web browser are you using?
2) Are you able to print from other programs, such as notepad?
3) When you try to print from the internet, what error messages do you get?
4) I am not sure exactly what you mean by a file that has a short cut to javascript.

If you search these forums, you will find a link to a removal tool for the Norton programs. You can also try the free open source web browser, Firefox, and see if you are able to print from that.

Cheers,
Tom
