Ok, so I have an old laptop that I am working on that has Windows 98 on it. I put Ad-aware, Spybot, and AVG on it and AVG keeps popping up with se.dll. I have manually deleted it many times and it keeps coming back. I did a search on Google and found a malware removal tool on Major Geeks, but although it removed it to begin with, after restarting it came back. So I figure before I just reinstall the stupid thing, anyone else have any ideas?

TIA

The only problem with that is that HijackThis won't run on the computer. It says something about a missing dll.

Run all the other programmes then post to the malware forum that you are unable to run Hijack This
