complus applications problems

i ve been running a windows 2000 server and SQL 2000 standard as my data base engine. now i changed to windows 2003 server.

now when i try to connect to my databases i get a messege that says " New transaction cannot enlist in the specified transactions coordinator" :tazz: help me please
