Stopzilla Killed my Desktop

I ran an update of Stopzilla and wham all icons gone along with start button.
How do I fix please. I can run task manager. Please give me simple instructions I am basically a novice.

In task manager, click file, new task, type explorer.exe then press enter

This is a problem with StopZilla. They released an update today that treats the desktop icons and the Task bar as pop-ups. Bad programming!
Call them at 1(877)877-9944 and they will walk you through the uninstall and reinstall (why would I do THAT?) of the software.
I had 6 machines that fell victim to this "update".
