I am extremely new to this site, and the reason i came to geeks to go, is because i heard it can help with my winfixer problem! I want to be specific that i did not install winfixer, i just can't get that along with other pop ups to stop! No matter what pop up blocker i install, i keep getting pop ups, winfixer isn't the only one, but its certainly the worst! i'm so confused, i dont know what to do! currently i run spy-bot search and destroy for my anti-virus, and i just deleted my google pop up blocker, because it didn't block any pop ups! some1 please help me!!! :tazz:

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
