Hello all...please help or advise on my computer's problem.
I have a Windows ME. It had been acting up, and was reformatted, but the problems are the same!

1) No icons show up on each folder. That is, on C:/ or even on the Control Panel, I ca't click on anything. I used Explorer to find files, but it finds folders within folders, not files within folders. Icons work fine in desktop, but I want them back everywhere.

2) I cannot acces gmail. It says I have to enable cookies, but I can't turn them on, because I can't find them in IE Options.

3) Anytime I access hotmail or yahoo mail, the pages do not load.

4) The Google toolbar is gone.

Any ideas? Thanks!
