lately ive been wanting to try GTA SA on my PC, so i lent a mate of mine my ps2 version and he let me borrow his PC version (which is 100% legal copy he bought from target and works perfectly on his computer) but when i run it, it displays all the signs, rockstar games, Nvidia, etc. then jus before i can click a button to start playing it crashes to windows

ive checked the system requirements and i more than meet them, got a good graphics card, over 50gb free space, celeron 4.something (i think 4.5 but i dunno) windows xp home

has ne1 experienced similar problems?

Did you ever try restarting and trying again? And what was the history when your friend had it? Ask him if he had any problems with it as well because there might be a reason he wanted your Playstation 2 version...
