There is a special malware related forum on G2G.
http://www.geekstogo...?showtopic=2852

Follow the recommendations on that page to remove most malware. If you still have some on your system, then go to the malware forum.

Moved to malware.

Download APT
Open apt and search in the window for the C:\WINDOWS\System32\wltvmq.exe.
Open your C:\Windows\system32 folder and search for wltvmq.exe
Don't delete it yet, just leave the system32 folder open so you can see the bad file.
In APT again, Select C:\WINDOWS\System32\wltvmq.exe and Click Kill3

Then immediately delete wltvmq.exe from your system32 folder.

Run HiJackThis. Place a check next to this item and click FIX CHECKED:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmqlt.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\dmqlt.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [trsvtrp] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wltvmq.exe r

O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - c:\windows\SvcProc.exe

Click Start > Run type services.msc > OK
In the list of services find:
System Startup Service (SvcProc)
Rightclick that line and choose Properties.
On the General tab Stop and set the service to disabled.
In HijackThis click Config > Misc Tools > Delete an NT service
In the dialog box paste: SvcProc

Reboot and rescan with HiJackThis and post the new log.

Regards,
