well using speedfan i have just found out that my harddrive temp is 70C is that ok?

Certainly not! Your system definately needs to cool down. A few extra fans like I mentioned earlier will do the trick.

That is WAY too hot. Most systems trigger a shutdown @ 65 to 70. You need to call the folks who service your warranty and have them clean it or look at the cpu fan. Don't use your system until then because you can cause serious damage with overheating.
