Blue Screen Error

I have noticed I don't get blue screens when i'm just browsing the internet. It's always when I play a game. Do you think it might be a power issue? My PSU is 320w.

If u notice the result from memtest86, the damage was in the area of 864MB, which is pretty high up in the memory.
Surfing the net does'nt use up so much memory, but games do.
I think running any application with high memory req. will cause the crash.
