Okay, that didn't work either. When I pasted that into the Run box, it said it couldn't find "del". So I doubt it did anything. I swear I'm doing everything exactly like you're tellign me.

Please download FileFind from Atribune.
Unzip the file and save it to your desktop.

To run FileFind, please do the following:
  • Click on FileFind.exe
  • In the box labeled "Enter the directory to search"
    • Enter Drive eg.. C:\
  • In the box labeled "Enter the file to search"
    • Enter this:
      *rvices.exe
  • Now click on the "Find" button
  • Once the utility has found the files click on "Export"
  • This will save a text file to your C:\ drive as "Export.txt"
  • Double click on Export.txt, copy and paste this information in your next post

Heh heh. Found it. That helped. I decided after ten times of scouring through to just run a search. I feel so stupid....so then delete it?

Your log is looking pretty good, but you've got a file that I'm not quite sure of...

Please locate this file

C:\WINDOWS\system32\lxcccoms.exe

Right-click on it and go to "Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder", it will create lxcccoms.zip in the system32 folder. Right-click on the zipped folder and go to "Explore", in the next window that opens, go up to "File > Add a Password", type the password as file confirm the password, then please e-mail it to [email protected]

Once we find out whether or it's a good file, we can finish you up!
