Hiyas! I feel kinda rude to just join recently and ask someone about my problem, but I have tried Ad-aware, Spybot S&D, and Ewido scans to get rid of them; they just won`t go away! It really frustrates me since it makes my computer incredibly slow and annoying. Here is my Log file for HJT.

Hi

Please print or copy to notepad the below instructions as it will make it easier to follow

============

Please download ewido security suite it is a free version of the program.
  • Install ewido security suite
  • When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck..
    • Install background guard
    • Install scan via context menu
  • Launch ewido, there should be an icon on your desktop, double-click it.
  • The program will now open to the main screen.
  • When you run ewido for the first time, you will get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.
  • You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.
    • On the left hand side of the main screen click update.
    • Then click on Start Update.
  • The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
    (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
  • Exit ewido. DO NOT scan yet.
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update ewido.
ewido manual updates

===============

Download CCleaner and install it, but do not run it yet.

===============

Let's look for, and delete, any program segments(prefetches) that might be present, and are associated with the 'problems' we're trying to remove from this system. To do this, let's:

1) Click "Start | Search", then search for each of these program's base name(s), in all files and folders:

aost.exe*
lvawdq.exe*

2) Then if any are found in the 'prefetch' folder, delete them.

Look closely, since the 'base' name will have a bunch of random numbers and letters attached to it.

===============

Please go to START->RUN and type in serivces.msc and hit enter.

Now scroll down until you find Command Service (cmdService), double click it.

Under Service Status click on STOP

Under Startup Type click on the drop down menu and select Disabled

Click Apply then OK

Now repeat the above steps for this service too
Windows VisFx Components owner

Look carefully, since the name of the service (above) can be anywhere in the entry; also be careful not to 'stop' any required system services.

===============

Run HiJackThis then:

1. Click "Config..."
2. Click "Misc Tools"
3. Click "Open Process manager"

-

Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate (if present) and click on (highlight) each of the following:

C:\WINDOWS\QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcgAA\command.exe
C:\WINDOWS\oqlusvc.exe
C:\Program Files\twtr\aost.exe
C:\WINDOWS\vdhmenc.EXE
C:\Program Files\CMAPP\Client\cmappclient.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\lvawdq.exe

Now double-check and make sure that only those item(s) above are highlighted, then click "Kill process". Now, click "Refresh", check again, and repeat this step if any remain.

===============

Run HiJackThis and click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

Hi

Please go to START->RUN and type in serivces.msc and hit enter.

Now scroll down until you find System Startup Service (SvcProc), double click it.

Under Service Status click on STOP

Under Startup Type click on the drop down menu and select Disabled

Click Apply then OK

===================

Start Hijackthis and click on Config then Misc Tools

Click on Delete an NT service...

In the next window type in the below

SvcProc

Now click OK

====================

Make sure you can view hidden files and folders

Now navigate to and delete the following file if present:

c:\windows\SvcProc.exe

If you cant remove it try going into Safemode and delete it there.

Reboot back into normal mode.

===================

You have the latest version of VX2. Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

http://www.atribune....oads/l2mfix.exe
http://www.downloads....org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!

Yep, thats the correct file.

Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter, then press any key to reboot your computer. After a reboot, your desktop and icons will appear, then disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new hijackthis log.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder unless you are asked to do so!

Hey, sorry I haven`t replied in a while; I`m going to go to Jakarta, Indonesia, and I just left California last night so I`ve been quite busy with packing things and all.

If you don't mind, I'll reply again with the things most likely tomorrow or something. >_<!

Thank you for your time and I apologize for any inconveniences.
