Dell 4700 - video upgrade woes

Need a hand. I'm upgrading this pc for someone else and when I cracked it open found integrated gaphics. Am looking at a PCI slot (16X) and anemic 305 Watt psu. Need recommendations for a card that won't need separate 6pin and can output to dual monitors. Any suggestions?
