My .exe and .ink files wont work

I have a huge problem that I would appreciate any help with. My computer no longer recognizes .exe or .ink files. I have to right click them all and go to the core file when I hit open with. I can not download and install problems because My .exe files will not open unless I right click them and go to the actual file in my My Computer folders. If anyone could help me wiht this problem I would apprecaite it alot. Thank you very much. My AIM is Madrox74. Please I need assistance. :tazz:

Go to the following webpage: http://www.dougknox..../file_assoc.htm.

Download an open the fixes for .exe, .lnk.

As this problem is commanly caused by malware. So make a stop at the Malware Removal Forums too.
