My problem is that every once in a while ALL my "icons" on desktop

disappear. I am able to get them back by clicking on "Control, Alt,

Delete" and then click on "New Task" and type in the word "explorer".

Then they all come back til next time. Plus when I go to Reboot it takes

forever (at least 5 minutes or longer) and I am connected to cable??? I

am attaching a HJT Log file and and do know that I have alot of stuff

running in back ground, so can somebody please tell me what to get rid

of please.
I ran Spybot and all clean. I also ran Adaware which showed ZToolbar

which I removed. I am still having the same problems though. I also am

having error problems when I use Notepad or some other programs. It

gives the following error message when I ask for more details:

-->C:\DOCUME~1\Artic\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER214.tmp.dir00\appcom

pat.txt--> So I went into Control Panel and disabled "report errors". I

don't know if it means anything but that "WER" file is involved in most of

these error messages when I click on more details.
I run Windows XP Pro, Ad-aware, Spybot, Microsoft Anti Spyware and

AVG Anti-virus.
Please, any and all help is greatly appreciated. Many thanks

Here is my HJT Log:
