video color is inverted

everytime i try to play a video it is always inverted and really bright... i am using a ATI Radeon 9800 PRO with 5.7 catalyst drivers.... anyone now the problem? thanks!

Open Display Properties/Settings/Advanced/Overlay... then click on the default button. Note that you may have to start a video before doing this or the default button may be greyed out.
