hi i been looking everywhere for a patch for medal of honor allied assault and i cant find one for pc where could i get 1

yes i downloaded the patch and it says this when i click it : WARNING, Could Not find the UK or US version of medal of honor allied assault on your computer setup will now EXIT. i can beleive it i have the UK version thats what my country is what shall i do ?
