Task.exe, that is a process that takes 90-99 in my CPU memory.

Everytime i start to play a game it pops up, and it starts lag. Then i shut down my game and press ctrl + Alt + delete, and shut down Task.exe, then i reboot the game and after 30-40 minutes IT POPS UP AGAIN!
Then i need to reboot and so on ..


I NEED HELP, HOW DO I DELETE task.exe?!

And by the way, i am a newbie, so i will need to do this step by step ..
